Welcome Toppers!
Procedures:
- Before going to locker room, place your books in one of the shelves outside of the gymnasium
- Proceed to the locker room to get changed for class
- 5 minutes from the time the bell rings
- Begin posted warm-up
Dress Code:
- Sneakers with a rubber sole
- No flip flops, flats, boots, etc.
- If you have any High Bridge clothing, feel free to wear that to promote school spirit! Blue or white colored clothing is great as well, but not mandatory.
- We follow the "fingertip rule": If a student is standing with their hands at their sides, their shorts must be longer than their fingertips. Also, any tight spandex or yoga pants worn to Phys. Ed. must have a loose pair of shorts over top of them. Tight clothing or showing too much skin and/or your under garments is unacceptable and can make others uncomfortable. Please present yourselves as ladies and gentlemen.
- Clothing with printed pictures or words must be appropriate for school. If an outfit is deemed inappropriate by the teacher, you will be asked to change back into your regular school clothes which may result in an unprepared for the day. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE! DO NOT BLAME YOUR PARENTS/GUARDIANS!

Rules:
- We have two very simple rules…
#1. The Student will not stop the teacher from teaching.
#2. The Student will not stop the students from learning.
If you bring with you each day:
Proper Attire or Supplies,
Laughter (or at least a smile),
Energy,
and Respect,
I guarantee we will never have a bad day in Health or Phys Ed!
