High Bridge Middle School offers Girls Volleyball and Cross-Country for students in grades 5-8 for the Fall season. If you think your child would like to participate, please complete the MS Fall Sports Interest Form by Friday, August 14th.
To participate in Middle School sports, parents must complete the following.
Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Medical Eligibility Form(must be completed by a physician) is due to our school nurse by Friday, August 21st.
You must also complete an NJDOE Health History form and Sports Participation form in the Genesis Parent Portal under Forms. Please complete these forms by Wednesday, September 2nd.
The Parent Portal is currently closed for Summer Maintenance and will open on Tuesday, August 25th at 4:00.
Reporting Your Child Tardy or Absent
Please remember to report if your child will be tardy or absent from school. This is important for your child's safety and helps us maintain accurate records.
